SAFETY IN DOMESTIC, COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION

SERVICES

Site Inspections

Domestic Site Inspections every 20 working days from $200 excl. GST per home - (Price may vary depending on builders volume.)
The inspections are carried out from start to finish if the house is completed within 6 months
If the construction goes over 6 months a recharge of $45 excl. GST per month will occur until completion
Builders with high volume may not have to pay the additional fee after 6 months

Safety Packs for Subcontractors

Subcontractor packs for the construction industry are available
$250 excl. GST and is paid by the subcontractor
These packs help subcontractors with their safety legal obligations for running a business

Safety Plan & SWMS Sent to Subcontractors

Site Safety Plan and SWMS sent to builders for $900 excl. GST
Applicable documents are emailed with a break down of each trade. Applicable SWMS can then be sent to each trade
Subcontractors can fill out the front page of the SWMS and send back to the builder

Safety Management Systems

Safety Management Systems are priced at $1,500 excl. GST and provide builders with all the safety documentation required.
We have requests by clients to help dealing with larger companies that have extensive safety paperwork requirements or just want thorough procedures to create more protection against prosecution. e.g Defence Housing Projects,CM3 for working in larger shopping centres etc. These safety management systems are priced per project

Unit and Commercial Site Inspections

A basic guide is $150 excl. GST per unit
Commercial work is priced on size and duration of project

Safety Training Program

The builder makes it mandatory for their subcontractors to sign up to our safety training program
As a builder you must provide constant training to all worker which includes subcontractors
A builder can be fined $50,000 for not providing ongoing safety training
AI Safety provides video and written information to subcontractors on a monthly basis
The cost to the sub contractor is $150 excl. GST per year

GoCanvas Technology

Our site safety inspections are conducted using a mobile phone application containing a checklist of over 120 items with both compliant and non-compliant safety issues addressed and the ability to add other breaches and conduct toolbox meetings. Once the inspection is complete a detailed report is submitted to our client immediately allowing us to conduct live reporting.

All inspection reports contain a detailed description of the site along with a location and site photo, a detailed description of the breach and a photo is taken and attached to each breach. The report also includes references to legislation, potential fines, web links to safety information and corrective actions table.

All Industry Safety is an Australian owned and locally based organisation located in QLD, NSW and Victoria and servicing clients in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and some regional areas including Mackay, Rockhampton in QLD, Newcastle, Blue Mountains and Wollongong in NSW and some Regional Victoria.

Subcontractor Management

Through our on site inspections we will provide assistance to subcontractors by providing sub contractor packs and conducting toolbox talks to ensure they are compliant with WH&S legislation and also our clients safety procedures. Our comprehensive reports will provide you with feedback to better manage your subcontractors and their safety compliance and assist with engaging the right subcontractors for your business.

Safety Alerts and Incidents

You will be kept up to date with changes in WH&S legislation, recent incidents and safety alerts to ensure we are continually improving safety standards.

WH&S Documentation

All Industry Safety can tailor WH&S packages to fit your operation and we can provide full WH&S management systems to Safety Management Plans, Safe Work Method Statements and processes to assist with sub contractor management and inductions.

Monitor & Review

A key part of safety management is to have the documentation and processes in place at a management level to ensure all employees know your WH&S procedures , however a lot of business’s do not have the time to ensure there is monitoring and reviewing of those processes. WH&S authorities want to see how business’s are supervising, monitoring and reviewing the WH&S procedures and through our monthly site inspections we can ensure everyone is getting regular feedback and training on WH&S and our reports provide you the information to allow you to review and update WH&S procedures.
